I don’t know how many years I have had my  Braun immersion blender which not only blends but came with a little chopping attachment which has come in handy so many times.

For chopping small quantities of nuts or herbs, it is easier to take the immersion blender than my food processor and it chops in seconds and is easy to clean.

To puree soups in the pot as oppose to taking out the blender and doing it in batches the immersion blender works for me!  It is quick and does its job very well and is one less piece of equipment that needs to stay and clutter my already cluttered kitchen counter.

Best of all and my most recent discovery is how it makes a foamy hot chocolate! Just put the hot milk and chocolate together in my hot chocolate pitcher, use the immersion blender and it is like going to Starbucks! It makes a foamy hot chocolate like you would get out!

I can go on and on how wonderful the immersion blender is, but try one. You too will find how out how handy the immersion blender is; how quick it does what you need it to do.  It is easy to use and easy to clean and makes my life easier!  This is one gadget I can’t live without!
