The Cape & Island’s Sweetest Charity!
For years Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer had many participants located on Cape Cod, Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard helping us raise funds for breast cancer research. Their request has always been to have an event with their own name on it! Now we are happy to oblidge with Cape & Islands Bakes for Breast Cancer! This year’s Cape & Island Bakes will take place on August 3-9.
Why is Cape Cod the Islands so important? The Cape & Islands have a 20% higher incident rate of breast cancer than the national average. We all must work together to make a difference, to raise more money for breast cancer research.
Visit participating eateries and retail establishments during the week of Cape & Island Bakes and know they will be donating the sales of one dessert or 50% of their dessert menu to the nonprofit Bakes for Breast Cancer. Bakes for Breast Cancer will use 50% or more of the money raised to provide grants for breast cancer.
You needn’t leave the comfort of home to help improve the lives of those afflicted with breast cancer. Through our Shop you’ll find dozens of delicious items you can buy and send to loved ones. Our Shop participants will ship to anywhere in the continental United States.

Genuine Goodness. The raw ingredient on which all giving depends. Cape & Islands Bakes for Breast Cancer is a “good for you” indulgence. Our mission is simple: end breast cancer in our lifetime. Our participating foodies enjoy great desserts, while raising money for a great cause.
