eggplant panini from acefitness.org
The sandwich has been a luncheon trademark for as long as I can remember. Satisfying and nutritious, there are endless options waiting to be stuffed between a couple slices of bread for a mid-day meal. And now you no longer have to eat-out to get your panini fix. The Giada Gourmet Panini Maker from Target is what you’ve been waiting for. It’s …
Is there any such thing as too much garlic? Some would say yes, and I used to be the first to agree. But over the past couple of years I stopped caring about my fresh breath and started indulging in the delicious flavor whenever possible.

When I think of my favorite fully garlic-loaded food my mother’s caesar salad is the first thing that comes to mind. Her homemade dressing isn’t creamy like the typical caesar dressing you’re probably used to. Instead, it’s olive oil based with lots of lemon juice and A LOT of fresh garlic. She even tosses …
Soy yogurt from fatfreevegan.com
The latest trend in yogurt has been showing up everywhere over the past few years, from grocery stores to coffee shops, convenient stores and more. At first I was skeptical. The plain, sugar-free flavor of greek style yogurt was boring and bland compared to the fruity flavors of Yoplait‘s apple turnover and boston-cream-pie-delights that I was used to.
But soon enough, greek yogurt worked it’s way into my heart and is now one of my most desired snacks. Chobani is definitely my brand of choice.
The “fruit on the bottom” makes it all worthwhile with flavors like peach …
I don’t know what made me buy Trader Joe’s Frozen Steel Cut Oatmeal but when I looked at the calorie count and the nutritional guide on the side of the box, I thought it was worth a try. After buying one box, I went back to stock up my freezer with this handy good for you breakfast which tastes better than what I was having for breakfast before!
So now, I go stock up on the frozen oatmeal, get home take it out of the box and put in the freezer. My problem is that it is not always in stock …
