For as long as I can remember Oleana in Cambridge has been participating in Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer. When Sofra Bakery & Cafe opened, they too joined Boston Bakes offering us wonderful desserts with an Eastern Mediterranean influence.
All desserts at both Oleana and Sofra are from the incredible pastry chef Maura Kilpatrick. Maura has been named Best of Boston, Best Pastry Chef four times and in 2009 received the Star Chefs rising star award.

A visit to Oleana, Maura will tempt you with a classic and favorite Oleana dessert Sicilian Almond Cremolata with Chocolate Panino! Two wonderful desserts which will help raise money for breast cancer research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
