This summer, I have been practicing eating healthier just to feel great inside and out! One of my favorite meals (or, snacks) is this delicious smoothie I have been making a couple of times a week! I use my Nutribullet but a blender of any sorts works great! The best part about this smoothie is it fills you up and leaves you perfectly satisfied! Also, during this heat this is a great recipe to cool down with!image

Ingredients:
-2 tbsp. pb2 (this is a healthy peanut butter substitute, regular peanut butter works too)
-1 tbsp. Organic Chia Seeds (optional)
-1 cup strawberries (frozen or not)
-1 cup frozen pineapple bits
-1 cup Silk vanilla soy milk
-1 cup frozen spinach (optional)
-1 banana

This smoothie is the perfect healthy smoothie to feel energized and healthy while getting most of your daily nutrients! I’m all for it!
