October flew by! Breast Cancer Awareness Month ends today!  Pink will no longer be the” it” color! The number of breast cancer events dwindle down but our organization Bakes for Breast Cancer, Inc.  works daily as do many other organizations to make a difference in the fight against breast cancer all year long!

Breast Cancer is brought to the forefront in October but we should not forget about it because all year long women and men of all ages are diagnosed with breast cancer.

You don’t have to wait until next October to make a difference in the fight against breast cancer that touches so many we know and love!  Our organization needs your help as a volunteer, as a participant in our events, in hosting a bake sale and for those who would like to simply making a donation!

This October we are proud to say that Governor Deval Patrick declared the 3rd week of October to be Male Breast Cancer Awareness Week!

So tonight we greet the children coming to our houses for Halloween looking to fill their bags with candy- a nice way to end Breast Cancer Awareness Month!  Tomorrow, Halloween will be over and so will Breast Cancer Awareness Month but we are proud to say we are pink 24/7 365! Tomorrow is just another day for us working hard to make a difference in a disease- breast cancer that indiscriminately touches both men and women!

Save the date for Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer 2013!  Boston Bakes will take place May 6-12th!
