It feels as if yesterday was just Memorial Day Weekend and I had the whole summer ahead! Now here we are at Labor Day Weekend; how did Labor Day get here go quickly?

It was a wonderful summer with great weather but wished I had more time at the beach and a better tan. I had a list of recipes I wanted to try but never got the chance to do it! I traveled a bit more and tried to get my fill of sweets but I can always use more!
I can tell summer is ending just by how cool it is getting in the evening. The air has a fall feeling to it. Time for me to put my white clothes away because I was raised white clothes come out Memorial Day and go back in the closet after Labor Day.
Soon it will be time to enjoy fall and the changing of the color of the leaves. Supermarkets already are promoting Halloween. Before you know it stores will be promoting Thanksgiving and Christmas. I hope winter goes as quickly as summer does! Another Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer will be here in May!
Until our next Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer, we have much work to be done and money still to receive on this year’s event. I will keep you posted how Boston Bakes 2011 did and hope you will all be involved with Boston Bakes 2012. With your help and love of sweets, we will raise so much money for breast cancer research!
