I thought I shared this wonderful recipe with you last summer, but I think I did not which is a big oversight on my part. The other day, my cousin via Facebook asked me if I had a blueberry recipe for a friend of hers and I sent her this recipe and it came back with rave reviews!
When I looked back over the recipes I shared, I could not find the one for Blueberry Crumble. How did I forget to share this recipe! I don’t know! This blueberry recipe is easier than a pie and is done in just one bowl.
In my house, there is never a leftover in sight after it comes out of the oven and most ask for seconds. I am always asked to make it and it is easy to make ahead and put in the oven when you are sitting down for dinner so it comes out just in time for dessert.
Now that blueberries are in season, try this recipe you won’t regret it! You don’t have to deal with pie crust to have a wonderful blueberry dessert! Serve plain, with whipped cream or ice cream!
